To release from Vajrasana pose, move both your hands aside from your knees. Gently raise your knees and try to put your weight on your toes.

Then straighten your legs so that you can return to a seated position. Take care that while moving your body from Vajrasana to any of the other poses, it should be slow and smooth rhythm.

Make sure that before shifting to the next static pose get calm in position for 10 -20 seconds with mindful breathing. This will help you focus and be mindful of your movements.
